We attempted to hike to the top of Nevada Fall in Yosemite after a snowstorm! 🫣❄️ Long story short.. we didn’t make it. And that’s ok! We were able to reach Clark Point and a little ways after that but couldn’t quite reach the top of Vernal Fall or Nevada Fall. The snow kept getting deeper and deeper and ice was falling from the cliffs along the John Muir Trail. This was the first time I’ve ever cried while hiking. Like bawling my eyes out in fear of huge chunks of ice or rock falling on us. 😭
