Sheriff Warnke continues to strongly support issuing Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW) license to eligible Merced County residents. The Sheriff's Office is going through a brief transition on the CCW process. Soon you will be able to self-register, make appointments, and modify your existing CCW license online. The new process will be efficient and will reduce the number of times you will be required to appear in person.
