This is one of the EASIEST things to make from scratch. The powdered sugar may take anywhere from 30 seconds to several minutes, depending on the power of your machine. It’s done when the texture is no longer gritty. You can sift it if you want it to be extra fine. Ingredients (2–3 servings): • 750 g boiled potatoes, sliced (≈ 1.6 lb) • 150 g bacon, diced (≈ 5 oz) • 1 onion, finely chopped • 4–5 eggs • 2–3 tbsp clarified butter (Butterschmalz) • Salt, black pepper • Parsley How it’s made: 1️⃣ Heat a pan with butter. 2️⃣ Fry potatoes first — hot, golden, crispy.
