Most people think they need a workout routine to fix their prolapse or leakage. I could give you one. It would absolutely help with the symptoms. But it wouldn’t fix the complete issue. And it definitely wouldn’t give you long-term results. Because prolapse and leakage are red flags your pelvic floor is waving. Strengthen is definitely part of the problem.
