BEREA, Ohio (WKBN) — The Cleveland Browns announced multiple roster moves on Thursday morning. The team has signed wide receiver Chase Cota, as well as linebackers Marvin Moody and Charlie Thomas III. In corresponding moves, the team has placed linebacker Nathaniel Watson on injured reserve with a bicep injury and also waived running back Toa Taua.

The Rams will have a new starting QB in the preseason finale, going with Dresser Winn instead of Stetson Bennett.
