Jordan Westburg hit a three-run homer among four hits with a career-best five RBIs and Dean Kremer pitched seven sharp innings to give the Baltimore Orioles a 12-0 win over the Houston Astros.

The Orioles celebrated the newly promoted top prospect with 12 runs on 14 hits. Basallo got one of those hits and picked up two RBI as well. Dean Kremer pitched a great game with seven shutout innings to lead the team to a 12-0 victory over the first-place Astros.

After taking two of three against the Red Sox earlier in the week, the Astros lost two of three over the weekend at home to Baltimore. They were outscored 23-5 over the course of the three games. The Astros lost 12-0 yesterday.

The Astros’ pitching rotation has been decimated by injuries all year, but they’ve begun to get healthy in the second half—most recently with Cristian Javier returning from Tommy John surgery and making his season debut this past Monday against the Boston Red Sox.
