Minnesota Vikings quarterback JJ McCarthy has been mindblown by what he's seen from Justin Jefferson at practice.

Among the other players Benjamin suggested as potential targets for the Vikings were New Orleans Saints WR Donovan Peoples-Jones, Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen, San Francisco 49ers WR Jauan Jennings, and Indianapolis Colts WR Alec Pierce.

The majority of the Minnesota Vikings roster does not have a Super Bowl ring, nor have they even played in the biggest game in sports. When building their rosters, general managers tend to add pieces with that experience, especially when they have a team like that. For the Vikings, that piece was cornerback Isaiah Rodgers.

Via Alec Lewis of TheAthletic.com, receivers Jordan Addison and Tai Felton exited practice and watched from the sidelines with apparent injuries. Felton, per Lewis, apparently injured his arm. Addison “jammed something” and watched the rest of the session from the sideline.

The Minnesota Vikings are looking to add a veteran wide receiver for quarterback J.J. McCarthy while the team adjusts to Jordan Addison's suspension.

The Vikings may be in the market for a few players, such as a wide receiver depth. According to CBS Sports' John Breech, there are a couple of veteran wide receivers who could be available to help the Vikings as they look for some help in a banged-up wide receiver room.
