I am no constitutional scholar. Constitutional law is part of the curriculum at UMKC Law School, and I had two semesters of it.

The Independence Garden Club meets at 6 p.m. Monday. There is a new location -- Westminster Hall at 417 W. Lexington Ave. It’s a potluck social, and there is no speaker.
