Los Angeles County is included in an updated flash flood warning released by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 3:06 p.m. The warning is in effect until 6 p.m.
Los Angeles' weather forecast predicts sunny conditions transitioning to potential showers as New Year approaches, with temp fluctuations from highs near 69 to 75, and lows around 47 to 49.
