Dricus Du Plessis is determined more than ever after losing his middleweight title at UFC 319. Du Plessis (23-3 MMA, 9-1 UFC) was outgrappled in a lopsided unanimous decision loss to Khamzat Chimaev (15-0 MMA, 9-0 UFC) less than two weeks ago at United Center in Chicago.

Earlier this month, du Plessis defended his title against Khamzat Chimaev in the main event of UFC 319 in Chicago. It was a disaster. Chimaev dominated “Stillknocks” for 25 minutes, completely neutralizing the champion to the point that UFC CEO Dana White argued the fight should have been scored a 50-41.
