Federal agents went to Bolton’s house in Bethesda, Md., at 7 a.m. as part of an investigation ordered by FBI Director Kash Patel, a Trump administration official told The Post.
The raid is related to classified documents, two sources familiar with the search told NewsNation. Agents have been spotted entering the Bethesda, Maryland, home with boxes, and were also searching Bolton’s office in Washington, D.C., on Friday morning.
The Wednesday night incident appeared to be ‘accidental,’ a Montgomery County fire and rescue service official says.
