Following Bari Weiss’ much-derided decision to spike a 60 Minutes segment on the Trump administration shipping Venezuelan migrants to El Salvador’s notorious CECOT prison, correspondent Scott Pelley said Weiss needed to take her job as CBS News editor-in-chief “more seriously” as it wasn’t “part-time.”

CBS didn't include White House statement about Angel Parents in CECOT segment on '60 Minutes'
The White House reportedly sent CBS a statement that was not included in a controversial "60 Minutes" segment pulled shortly before it was set to air on Sunday.
Bari Weiss, CBS' editor-in-chief, reportedly held the story about abuses in the facility because it wasn't ready.
The move is sure to increase scrutiny on CBS and “60 Minutes,” which Trump sued last fall over an interview with Kamala Harris and has recently complained about stories critical of him.
Conservative commentator turned powerhouse Bari Weiss has thrown 60 Minutes’ credibility into question after pulling a segment on Sunday that detailed the grisly conditions at an El Salvador megaprison where Venezuelan men deported by Donald Trump were held.
