As the front approaches the wind will pick up through the afternoon and evening with gusts near and over 30 mph possible at times. A Wind Advisory is in effect across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.

A powerful late-season winter storm will arrive on Wednesday bringing heavy snow to the area along with strong wind gusts leading to blizzard conditions.The day will start with rain for most as temperatures will be hovering around the middle 30s.
