Trump, 79, welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to his Mar-a-Lago estate as he continues to chase down an end to the Russia-Ukraine war, which he promised to end on his first day back in office.

President Trump met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday after he said he had a "good and very productive" call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Posting earlier on Telegram, Zelensky said "a lot can be decided before the New Year" and solutions depended "on those who help Ukraine and on those who put pressure on Russia so that the Russians feel the consequences of their own aggression".
