New York Jets owner Woody Johnson wants to get rid of NFLPA report cards
New York Jets owner Woody Johnson is apparently one of the owners trying to suppress the grades. In March 2025 at the NFL league meeting, Johnson told the media that the survey was “totally bogus” and seemed to indicate that it violated the league’s collective bargaining agreement with the NFLPA.
As the NFL seeks to end the annual report cards conducted by the NFL Players Association, players around the league told ESPN reporters Thursday and Friday they support the survey and there have been tangible improvements since it began.
