Philadelphia Eagles assistant general manager Alec Halaby is once again gaining interest for general manager jobs across the NFL.
Considered a deep protege of general manager Howie Roseman, Halaby has a more analytical style background and was at the forefront of Philadelphia's analytics revolution over the last few years. If Halaby were to take the Jets job, he wouldn't be the first former Eagle executive to do so.
According to a report from NFL Network, the New York Jets will be interviewing Philadelphia Eagles assistant general manager Alec Halaby for their open general manager job on Wednesday. During their disappointing 2024 season, the Jets fired former GM Joe Douglas, who they originally hired away from the Eagles in 2019.
