A cruise ship that set sail from New Orleans Saturday rescued 11 migrants from the Gulf of Mexico, officials say. The refugees were found adrift between Cuba and Mexico Wednesday, and cruise staff helped them aboard Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance of the Seas.
