Residents are only allowed to use two gallons of fuel per day due to a leaky fuel line and a fuel barge that didn't arrive last summer.

The repair work is on a section of the pipeline that runs under the Red River south of St. Adolphe. Imperial Oil announced on March 17 that it had shut the pipeline down.
