Marc Guehi will be available to play for Liverpool in the Champions League should he make a move to Anfield - despite being poised to feature for Crystal Palace in Europe. Guehi will line up for Palace in their first-ever major European tie when they entertain Fredrisktad of Norway in their Conference League play-off first leg on Thursday evening.

Liverpool are yet to meet Crystal Palace’s asking price for their captain, but the London club are eyeing Jeremy Jacquet as a possible replacement should Guehi leave

Reportedly, Guehi himself is pushing for the move. Now, the Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri has reported that the defender has already informed his management that he wants to join Liverpool. Yet Tavolieri stressed that the Palace wants to find a replacement before sanctioning his departure.
