Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said the death toll has increased after historic flooding and severe weather hit the state last week.

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, in separate announcements late Friday and late Saturday, said the death toll from the recent flooding and severe cold has again increased. Now, 21 Kentuckians have died, Beshear said in posts on X, formerly Twitter.
