EDGAR COUNTY, Ill. (WTHI) - The National Weather Service confirmed a brief tornado touch down in Edgar County during Sunday's storms. The NWS office in Lincoln, Ill., said it happened around 4:45 p.m. CST on Sunday about a mile southeast of Redmon. That's just west of Paris on Illinois Highway 133.
