South Carolina women's basketball is heading back to France. The Gamecocks will open the 2026-27 season with Maryland in Paris on Nov. 2, 2026. The announcement came Monday, Nov. 3.

The program announced Monday that the Gamecocks will take on Maryland in the 2026 Oui Play event in Paris on Nov. 2, 2026. It will mark the first trip back to the event for South Carolina since 2023. The other game of next year’s doubleheader will feature North Carolina and Oklahoma.
