Remind's preferred language translation is the only tool of its kind to enable two-way translations that allow parents and students to receive and respond to messages in their home language.

Verizon said it offered Remind a deal that would allow the company to keep sending free text messages to K-12 institutions and families, but Remind says it hasn't received an agreement in writing.
