Wind chills won’t differ much from actual temperatures due to light winds, forecasters noted. Tuesday will remain cold, with highs mainly in the 30s despite air starting to flow in from the southwest. Temperatures will be running about 10 to 12 degrees below normal for mid-December.

A few inches of light to moderate snow from Saturday night to Sunday morning will be enough for slippery roads and low visibility across parts of New Jersey.
