WIESBADEN, Germany - Beginning Aug. 13, the Wiesbaden Postal Service Center will no longer accept hand-written customs forms when mailing packages.

Sailors can reduce waiting time in line to mail packages by filling out their customs forms online with the U.S. Postal Service's website, and bringing them to the post office.

Starting Oct. 1, customers mailing packages to or from a military post office are required to fill out a United States Postal Service customs form online.
