The San Francisco 49ers will be shorthanded at wide receiver to start the 2025 season. San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan told KNBR that Demarcus Robinson was suspended for the first three games of the upcoming campaign, although he left the door open for an appeal.
Here's who stood out on Day 17 of 49ers training camp. Keep in mind, second-year wide receiver Jacob Cowing did not practice.

Coach Kyle Shanahan said on KNBR that Cowing is dealing with the same lingering hamstring injury that sidelined him early in camp. “Yes, it is [the hamstring],” Shanahan said on the radio, via David Bonilla of 49erswebzone.com. “ He felt it yesterday, so we had to hold him back today.”
