A 34-year-old man was killed and three others were injured after being gunned down in Chicago early Sunday morning.

Prosecutors say James Brown opened fire on a woman, as well as a 15-year-old and a 10-year-old, who were all inside a vehicle early on Dec. 25.

Investigators learned a man had received a gun for Christmas and was "target practicing in his backyard" with the gun pointed toward the scene.

The search continued Friday for suspects in a Christmas Day shooting that killed a 16-year-old boy and wounded four others in the Los Angeles County city.

LOS ANGELES - The search is on for the suspects who shot and killed a teen boy on Christmas Day in Lancaster, authorities said. Los Angeles County officials said the shooting happened at 1:10 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of East Angela Court, off Challenger Way and E. Avenue K 8.

When officers arrived at the home on the 700 block of North Ann Street, they found two people were shot. One of them was deceased.
