A 12-man jury has been seated for the trial of the man accused of murdering Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of five, in 2023.

Harford Circuit Judge Yolanda Curtin on Tuesday morning denied public access to the first day of jury selection in the trial of Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, charged in the August 2023

A jury was seated Wednesday in the trial of a man charged with murder in the killing of Rachel Morin. The panel's 12 main jurors were seated by 3 p.m., and at least four to as many as six alternates were being chosen thereafter, all to return Friday to be sworn in and begin the trial.
