The Panthers will sit most of their starters, head coach Dave Canales said, while the Steelers will only assuredly sit four of their players -- quarterback Aaron Rodgers, wide receiver DK Metcalf, outside linebacker T.J. Watt, and defensive lineman Cam Heyward.

On Thursday night, the Panthers closed out their preseason with a 19-10 loss to the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers. While Carolina did not play their starters and a handful of other key players, the result was still a little disappointing for a team trying to find its groove ahead of the fall.

Pittsburgh (1-1) faces Carolina (0-2) at Bank of America Stadium with kickoff at 7 p.m. ET on NFL Network, with streaming options available on multiple platforms.
