The addition of President Donald Trump's name to the John F. Kennedy Center was done illegally, Rep. Joyce Beatty, D-Ohio, says in a lawsuit.

The Justice Department released thousands of new documents from the Jeffrey Epstein files early Tuesday morning, including many that mention President Trump.

Beatty took to X and explained she had been “muted on the call and not allowed to speak or voice my opposition to this move.”
