Kremlin folds occupied parts of Ukraine into Russia's Southern Military District amid renewed mobilization push
The Kremlin has officially incorporated the occupied parts of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions into Russia’s Southern Military District, the Center for Countering Disinformation reported on Nov.
