The analysts at Spotrac have projected Fields’ fair market value in 2025. They estimate he will be offered a one-year contract for $6,430,931. While this isn’t a massive figure for a potential starting quarterback, it is more than Fields was earning from his rookie contract. In 2024 he took home $3,233,448.

Justin Fields is the Pittsburgh Steelers' best option at quarterback for the 2025 season and beyond. Fields is slated to enter free agency on March 12, so the Steelers must act quickly if they are going to secure his services for the foreseeable future.
